This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing times, delivery methods, and costs so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.
1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be processed and prepared for dispatch on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout to avoid delays.

Once an order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Orders placed on holidays may face additional processing time.
2. Handling Time

Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

During this period, your order is carefully packed, checked for quality, and prepared for courier collection.

In rare cases (such as high order volumes or stock checks), handling time may extend slightly, but we will always notify you if delays occur.
3. Transit & Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated transit time for delivery is 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).

The total delivery time, including both handling and transit, is approximately 3–5 business days from the time you place your order.

We use Royal Mail and trusted UK couriers to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.
4. Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders with a total value of £30 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

For orders under £30, a flat shipping fee of £3.50 will be applied at checkout.

This flat rate applies to all UK destinations.
5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We do not offer international shipping outside the UK at this time.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and courier information (if applicable).

You can use this information to track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Delivery Issues or Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons.

If your parcel is delayed beyond 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an update.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by the above. If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
