Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please quote your order number in the subject of your email.
You will be then asked to return the item to the following address via a method of your choice. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Your refund will be issued within 2 business days of the return being delivered back to us via the same payment method. The full total including any original shipping costs will be refunded on return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and opened personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel before your order has been dispatched, please email us at info@everydayessentialswarehouse.co.uk within 6 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to stop the shipment. If your order has already been dispatched, your statutory 14-day right to cancel still applies from the date of delivery. Simply contact us and return the item under our standard returns process.
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
